Readers can apply for a Personal Library Card on the Internet. When the online application is done successfully, you will become a “Digital Reader” of the Library and are able to access e-book resources of Taichung Public Library right away.

　If you want to reserve a book or use the APP, please bring your ID certificate to any branch of Taichung Public Library and pick up your Library Card. After the pick-up, you will be able to log in to the collection search system and the APP. You will also be able to reserve and borrow books.
