導覽行程說明:

本館導覽行程時間約 20 至 50 分鐘,將依參訪團體的年齡層與需求,由專人與您聯繫,安排最合適的導覽內容與動線。


導覽空間:

圖書館大廳、兒童閱覽區、青少年閱覽區、期刊報紙區、開架閱覽區、數位光境。


Guided Tour Information:

The guided tour at the Library lasts approximately 20 to 50 minutes. A dedicated staff member will contact you to arrange the most suitable tour content and route based on the age group and needs of the visiting group.


Tour Areas:

library lobby, children’s area, teen reading area, periodicals & newspapers, reading area, digital hub.

臺中市立圖書館總館團體預約導覽申請規定

 

一、臺中市立圖書館總館(以下稱本館)為增進讀者對於圖書館之認識、瞭解各項圖書資源之運用、促進國內外公私單位及圖書館同業間之交流,以及認識綠美圖建築特色,辦理本館團體導覽解說,並為維持導覽參觀品質及保障入館民眾權利,訂定本規定。

 

 

二、申請資格

 

  1. 對象:以公部門、國內外學校單位、圖書館同業、教育文化、公益慈善團體或公司企業等團體。學生參訪時,須由老師全程陪同。
  2. 人數:申請團體參觀人數達10人以上者,可申請預約導覽,原則以不超過40人為限。
  3. 同一申請單位每月以申請3場次為限。

 

 

三、申請程序

 

  1. 採預約制,至少於參訪日14-30天前,至本館導覽預約系統提出申請,額滿為止。
  2. 申請人收到本館審核完成通知,始完成預約程序。

 

 

四、申請須知

 

  1. 行程、人數及參訪日期如需異動或取消,於參訪日5天前,可自行至預約系統取消。5日內請來電通知本館。
  2. 為維護公共資源與其他預約者之權益,完成預約無故未到或遲到 20 分鐘以上者,本館得暫停該單位未來一年內之申請資格。導覽前如實際參與人數未達10人,本館得取消該場次行程。
  3. 遲到20分鐘以上之團體,本館得調整導覽行程或取消。
  4. 本館館內全面禁止飲食並不可攜帶食物飲料入場,並禁止攜帶寵物入內(導盲犬不在此限),餘依本館閱覽須知等規定辦理。
  5. 為保持導覽品質,本館提供導覽設備,導覽過程請妥善使用導覽機與耳機,如有人為刻意破壞或遺失,需照價賠償。
  6. 導覽過程中如有拍照需求,請關閉快門聲音及閃光燈,並應遵守著作權法、讀者隱私權及肖像權等相關規定。
  7. 本館保有修改變更,及取消場次之權利,如有相關異動將另行通知。

 

 

五、可預約時段

 

  1. 每週二至週五上午10時至12時及下午2時至4時。實際導覽行程依本館預約系統為主。
  2. 週六日及國定假日不開放預約申請。

 

 

六、如遇臺中市政府公告停止辦公(遇天然災害)或其他緊急事件,致本館暫停開放(或休館),將逕行取消當日導覽活動,恕不另行通知。

 

 

七、個人資料蒐集利用聲明

 

為辦理本館團體預約申請與聯繫服務,依據《圖書館法》第8條及《個人資料保護法》第8條規定,本館將蒐集申請人之姓名、聯絡方式及電子郵件等個人資料,僅限於本館於中華民國境內,於活動期間及相關用途範圍,基於業務需要合理使用。申請人得自由選擇是否提供資料,惟若未提供或提供內容不完整,將無法完成預約程序。完成預約申請程序,表示申請人已知悉並同意本聲明內容。申請人得依《個人資料保護法》第3條規定,行使查詢、閱覽、請求複本、補充更正、停止使用或刪除等權利。

 

八、本規定本館保有修改、變更、解釋及取消之權利,經主管會議通過後公告實施,修正時亦同。

 

 

Regulations for Guided Group Tour Reservations at Taichung Public Library Main Branch

 

 

1.Purpose:The Taichung Public Library Main Branch (hereafter “the Library”) organizes guided tours for groups to enhance readers’ knowledge of the library and understanding of how to use library resources, promote exchanges among domestic/international, public/private institutions and library peers, and introduce the architectural features of the Green Museumbrary. These regulations are established to maintain the quality of tours and protect the rights of all library visitors.

 

 

2.Eligibility:

 

  1. Target: Public agencies, domestic/international schools, library peers, educational, cultural, or charitable organizations, or corporate groups. Students must be accompanied by a teacher throughout their visit.
  2. Number of Participants: Groups of 10 or more visitors may apply for a guided tour. In principle, there should be no more than 40 participants.
  3. Each applying entity is limited to three tour applications per month.

 

 

3.Procedure:

 

  1.  By reservation only. Applications must be submitted 14–30 days prior to the visit through the Library’s guided tour reservation system, which will remain open until capacity is reached.
  2. A reservation is complete only after the applicant has received the Library’s approval notice.

 

 

4.Notes:

 

  1. Applicants may modify the itinerary, number of participants, visit date, or cancel the visit, independently through the reservation system up to 5 days before the visit. Changes made within 5 days of the visit must be reported to the Library by phone.
  2. To protect public resources and the rights of other groups with reservations, any confirmed group that fails to appear without justification or arrives more than 20 minutes late may have its reservation privileges suspended by the Library for one year. If fewer than 10 participants are present before the tour, the Library may cancel the tour./li>
  3. For groups more than 20 minutes late, the Library reserves the right to adjust or cancel the tour.
  4. No food or drink is allowed in the Library. Pets are prohibited except for guide dogs. Other library regulations apply.
  5. To maintain tour quality, the Library provides tour equipment. Please use the tour guide devices and headphones responsibly. Any intentional damage or loss will require compensation.
  6. During the tour, if you need to take photos, please turn off the shutter sound and flash, and comply with copyright law, reader privacy rights, portrait rights, and other related regulations.
  7. The Library reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel tours; any updates will be notified separately.

 

 

5.Reservable Time Slots:

 

  1. Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:00–4:00 p.m. The actual tour itinerary will be based on the Library’s reservation system.
  2. Tour reservations cannot be made for Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

 

 

6.If the Taichung City Government announces suspension of work (due to natural disasters) or in the event of other emergencies that cause the Library to close (or suspend services), the day’s tour activities will be canceled without further notice.

 

 

7.Privacy Notice

 

For processing group reservation applications and providing relevant communication services, in accordance with Article 8 of the Library Act and Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act, the Library will collect applicants’ personal data, including name, contact information, and email address. Such data will be used reasonably and only for the necessary business purposes of the Library, limited to the territory of the Republic of China, during the activity period, and within the relevant scope of use. Applicants may freely choose whether to provide their data; however, if data is not provided or is incomplete, the reservation process cannot be completed. By completing the reservation application procedure, the applicant acknowledges understanding and acceptance of the content of this statement. In accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, applicants may exercise their rights to inquire, review, request copies, supplement or correct, discontinue use of, or delete their personal data.

 

8.The Library reserves the right to modify, alter, interpret, or cancel these regulations. Changes will be announced and implemented upon approval by the supervisory meeting. The same applies to any amendments.
