How to apply for the Library Card online?

Please go to https://ipac.library.taichung.gov.tw/webpac/web_register.cfm and register your personal information. After the registration, bring your ID certificate to the service counter of any branch of Taichung Public Library to pick up the Library Card and you will be able to borrow or reserve books.
