Taichung Public Library provides diverse e-book and e-magazine collections (platform site: https://www.library.taichung.gov.tw/content/index?Parser=1,3,92,31,62). If you have a Taichung Public Library Card, you can use the account number (ID number) and password (your 4-digit birthday by default) of the Card to login. After that, you can enjoy the convenient service of reading online. If you do not have a Taichung Public Library Card, go to https://webpac.taichung.gov.tw/register to apply for the Card online. After that, you can then borrow e-books.  When the loan period is over, the system will return the e-books and magazines automatically. You can enjoy reading without having to worry about it.
