Located in Taichung’s Shuinan Economic and Trade Park, the Green Museumbrary is a new cultural landmark that blends natural scenery with architectural aesthetics. This December, the Taichung Public Library’s new main branch will officially open its doors here.

The birth of the Green Museumbrary not only marks a new chapter in the city’s reading journey, but also brings reading and everyday life closer together. Whether you're a child, a teenager, or a lifelong learner, you’ll find your own way of reading in this space.

To celebrate the opening of this new landmark, the Taichung Public Library is launching the Taichung Reading Festival under the theme A New Chapter in Reading – Life with the Green Museumbrary. Citizens are invited to explore the many facets of reading and discover new connections between reading and life, as time and space converge in this unique moment.
