To celebrate the opening of this new landmark, Taichung Public Library is launching the Taichung Reading Festival under the theme A New Chapter in Reading:Exploring Life with Taichung Green Museumbrary. Citizens are invited to explore the many facets of reading and discover new connections between reading and life, as time and space converge in this unique moment.
