Day 1專題演講：公共圖書館與城市關係
「公共圖書館不僅是知識的寶庫與學習的空間，更是推動城市文化發展的核心樞紐。」
探討圖書館如何融入城市的實體與文化脈絡，並從「提升市民素養」與「促進國際交流」等關鍵，剖析圖書館在強化公眾參與、深化文化連結，進而提升城市整體競爭力中所扮演的重要角色。
“Public libraries are not only repositories of knowledge and spaces for learning, but also vital hubs that drive a city’s cultural development.”
This session will explore how libraries can be integrated into the physical and cultural fabric of cities. Focusing on key areas such as enhancing civic literacy and promoting international exchange, it will examine the important role libraries play in strengthening public engagement, deepening cultural connections, and ultimately enhancing a city’s overall competitiveness.

「隨著數位科技與人工智慧的蓬勃發展，大眾的閱讀行為與獲取知識的方式正迎來深刻的轉變。」
聚焦於「數位資源」與「當代閱讀需求」的融合，深入探討圖書館如何在實體空間與數位服務之間取得平衡。同時，也將探討如何透過社群媒體經營與跨界合作等創新策略，打造具參與感的五感體驗，共同建構一個多元、共享、永續且具韌性的全新閱讀生態圈。

This session will focus on the integration of digital resources and contemporary reading needs, exploring how libraries can strike a balance between physical spaces and digital services. It will also examine innovative strategies such as social media engagement and cross-sector collaboration to create immersive, multisensory experiences and foster a new reading ecosystem that is diverse, inclusive, sustainable, and resilient.

Day 2實務論壇（三）：公共圖書館建築
「圖書館建築已從傳統的藏書空間，演變為多功能且開放的公共文化場域。」
以當代設計趨勢為核心，探討空間如何靈活回應使用者需求，並透過空間設計促進社會交流與自主學習，打造兼具美學底蘊與實務功能的文化地標，重新定義圖書館的場域價值。
“Library architecture has evolved from traditional spaces for book collections into multifunctional and open public cultural spaces.”
Centered on contemporary design trends, this session will explore how library spaces can flexibly respond to users’ needs and how spatial design can foster social interaction and self-directed learning. It will also examine how libraries can become cultural landmarks that combine aesthetic value with practical functionality, thereby redefining the role and value of library spaces.
實務論壇（四）：圖書館作為共融對話的橋樑
「圖書館作為中立且開放的公共空間，肩負促進多元文化交流與社會包容的使命。」
探討圖書館如何透過服務創新、社區參與及跨域協作，串連不同文化、世代與背景的市民，在知識共享中啟動公共對話，進而強化社會凝聚力，形塑具包容性與歸屬感的文化共融場域。

This session will explore how libraries can connect citizens across different cultures, generations, and backgrounds through service innovation, community engagement, and cross-sector collaboration. By fostering public dialogue through the sharing of knowledge, libraries can strengthen social cohesion and create inclusive cultural spaces that cultivate both a sense of belonging and community.
