The Family Library Card is a Library Card for a household and family members can use it together. A Household Certificate or Household Registration Transcript is required for the application of a Family Library Card. Only one household can apply for a Family Library Card. With a Family Library Card, people are allowed to borrow 60 books and 5 pieces of media materials and reserve 4 books and 2 pieces of media materials.
